Billing
The Billing section lets you view and manage your subscription, payment information, and billing history. The options that appear depend on whether you are using Individual Plan or Team Plan.
You can access Billing from Settings → Billing in the left navigation panel.
Individual Plan

If you are on the Individual Plan, the Billing page displays:

Subscription status and renewal date
A note indicating you will receive a notification when your subscription is about to expire
Credits included: 150 credits per month
You also have access to:
Manage Subscription
Selecting Manage opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update or modify your subscription.
Purchase Additional Credits – Buy 100 additional credits for $25
Upgrade Plan
This option allows Individual Plan users to upgrade to the Team Plan.
Team Plan

If you are on the Team Plan, the Billing page shows additional usage details.

Team plan pricing: $49 per user per month
Credits: 150 credits per user added to your organization's shared credit pool

Team Usage
Team Usage gives you a clear view of how many members are currently occupying the paid seats in your Team Plan (for example, 4/6 paid members). This count helps you understand how many seats are in use and how many remain available.
When your organization first subscribed to the Team Plan, you selected the number of seats you wanted to purchase. As you add members to the organization, they are automatically assigned to these seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you add more members than the number of seats you originally purchased, they are still added to the organization and can immediately use the shared credit pool. Any additional seats required for those members are automatically included in the next billing cycle. For example, if you have 5 paid seats and you add a 6th user, that user gains access right away, and the additional seat is reflected in the next renewal.
If your organization reaches the limit of purchased seats, new users cannot be added until an admin goes to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription and increases the number of seats.
Manage Members – Select this to open the Members page and adjust who is included in your organization. Note that every user who exists at any point during a billing month is charged for the full month with no proration.
Purchase Additional Credits – Buy 100 additional credits for $40, added to your organization's shared credit pool (credits never expire as long as your plan remains active)
Billing Notes
Payment is charged upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle for both Individual and Team plans.
You'll see your renewal date and receive a notification when the subscription approaches expiration.
Credits never expire as long as you maintain an active subscription, providing flexibility for variable usage patterns
