Members
The Members section allows you to manage who has access to your organization and control how they participate in the workspace. From this page, you can invite new members, update roles, track activity status, and handle pending or expired invitations. You can access it at any time from Settings → Members in the left sidebar.

The page is organized into two main tabs:
Members – Shows all active members in the organization
Invitations – Shows pending join requests, outstanding invites, and expired invitations
Members Tab
The Members tab displays a table of all users who currently belong to your organization. For each user, you can see:
Name
Email
Joined on – When they were added to the workspace
Last login – Their most recent activity
Status – Active or inactive
Role – Admin or Member
Actions – Options for updating or removing the user
A search bar at the top helps you quickly filter by name, email, role, or status.
Updating a Member’s Role

Roles can be changed directly from this table. To update a role:
Click the Role dropdown next to the member.
Select either Admin or Member.
The change is applied immediately and reflected in the table.
This makes it easy to adjust responsibilities as your team grows or shifts.
Note
Members cannot add or delete any integrations in a Team Plan. Only Admins can manage integrations.
Removing a Member

You can remove a member from the organization at any time.
Open the action menu (three dots) next to the user.
Select Remove Member.
The user is removed from the organization and loses access instantly.
If needed later, they can be re-invited from the Invitations tab.
Inviting Members
New members can be added using the Invite button at the top right of the Members tab.

Invite Flow
When you click Invite, a pop-up opens where you can:
Enter one or more email addresses.
Emails can be typed individually or pasted together.
Each email becomes its own tag as soon as it is confirmed.
Select a role for all invited users (Admin or Member).
Click Send Invite to send the invitations.
Each additional user added will be charged based on the team plan pricing.
Invitation Confirmation
After sending invites, a confirmation banner appears at the bottom of the screen:
“Invitations sent successfully!”
This confirms that the emails were delivered and the entries have been added to the Invitations tab.
Invitations Tab

The Invitations tab helps you track and manage all pending, requested, or expired invitations. Each entry includes:
Name (if known)
Email
Invited at date
Status
Expiry countdown
The tab contains three types of entries, each with its own actions.
Requested
A user has requested to join your organization. Admins can take either action:
Accept – Approves the request and adds the user
Decline – Rejects the request and removes it from the list
This is commonly used when multiple teams share a domain.
Invited
The organization has invited the user, but they have not accepted yet. For outstanding invites, admins can:
Revoke – Cancels the invitation
Remind – Sends a reminder email
These controls help ensure that pending invitations do not go unnoticed.
Expired
Invitations automatically expire after their time limit passes. Admins can:
Remove – Clears the expired entry
Reinvite – Sends a fresh invitation to the same email
Expired invites remain visible until an action is taken.
Managing Invitations
Accepting a Join Request
When someone requests access to the organization, they appear in the Invitations tab with a Requested status. To add them:
Select Accept next to their entry.
They immediately move to the Members tab as an Active user.
Declining a Request
If the user should not be added, select Decline. The request is removed and the user does not gain access.
Revoking or Reminding an Invitation
For invitations that have not been accepted yet:
Revoke removes the invitation entirely.
Remind sends a new email prompting the user to accept before it expires.
Handling Expired Invitations
Expired invites show 0 days remaining. You can either:
Remove the expired entry, or
Reinvite the user
Depending on whether it still makes sense for them to join.
